Mission

Creating a society in which foreigners could live comfortably Creating a society in which foreigners could live comfortably

Japan is expected to have a manpower shortage of approximately 11 million people by the year 2040.
To compensate for this labour shortage, the number of foreigners living in Japan has increased at a rate of 2.6 times over the past decade. On the other hand, the number of technical interns who disappear from the workplace amounts up to 10,000 people per annum. Also, a lot of foreigners return to their home countries, saying that they no longer want to come to Japan.
Foreigners and Japanese society can get along better. We can create a better society.
Led by the management team with business experience in South East Asia, We are solving problems through a foreigner's point of view and IT.

What LivCo aims to be

CEO’s Message

Connecting South East Asia and Japan For a better world

Representative director Sasa Shotaro

As a student, I travelled around Southeast Asia, studying abroad and running a company in a country called Myanmar. I was touched by the strength of the Southeast Asian people and their warmth, which Japan seems to have long forgotten, and I still remember that at that time tears began to flow down my cheeks.
On the other hand, during my previous job at Recruit Co. Ltd., I dealt with a lot of small and medium-sized companies and realized that Japan is facing a lot of social problems, such as labour shortages.
I thought that if I brought together people from Southeast Asia, who were eager to come to Japan at the time, with Japanese society, which was struggling in the face of population decline, something interesting would happen. I made it my mission to bring them together and create values, as I had a deep understanding of both.
It is with this mission in mind that I founded this company.
Foreigners and Japanese people can get along together. We can create a better world. We will do our best to create such a world.
‘Towards a society where foreigners can live together’.
