Mission
Creating a society in which foreigners could live comfortably Creating a society in which foreigners could live comfortably
Japan is expected to have a manpower shortage of approximately 11 million people by the year 2040.
To compensate for this labour shortage, the number of foreigners living in Japan has increased at a rate of 2.6 times over the past decade. On the other hand, the number of technical interns who disappear from the workplace amounts up to 10,000 people per annum. Also, a lot of foreigners return to their home countries, saying that they no longer want to come to Japan.
Foreigners and Japanese society can get along better. We can create a better society.
Led by the management team with business experience in South East Asia, We are solving problems through a foreigner's point of view and IT.
What LivCo aims to be
